WELL!
Due to a Jeep SNAFU, I am now emailing on this day instead of earlier.I loooove jeep. DX GAAAH
I will talk about this week because the past week was mostly return appointments that..well to be frank made me sad.
So Monday we went out to work but no-one was out so we began sweeping through the area book and went to work searching through for old investigators. BOY were some of them colorful with there language. -_____- not a good kind of colorful either.
So Tuesday we went to the Temple excited, the jeep had a bad alignment issue in which Elder John had to drive with the wheel tilted at a 45 degree angle in order to drive it straight. we arrived and went through, left at 3:35-40 and went to the mission office in order to get the car checkup approved. Got it done and lingered for a bit picking up packages for our zones(Moscow Family and Moscow YSA)
We left and finally reached the Tire Rama at around 4:20(after some arguments on directions there in the first place). The car actually got in at around 5, because all of there garage was full with other cars. At this point we go to Hu Hot and eat while waiting. I get the spiciest sauce along with jalapenos in my first one, and boy was it good,...but boy was it HOOOT. when i went to get seconds I was blowing smoke the whole way, it felt THAT hot. :3 but it was still delicious, would do it again in a heartbeat.
It's at the point of my third plate that Elder Fisher comes in and tells us that our jeep is seriously snafu'd, that it sadly needs a new driverod or some such maguffin for the right rear tire because it's bent. SO we have to stay in Spokane for the night! with other Elders. . .in only my white shirt and slacks and the white tie and other tie i brought for the temple... GREAT! D: me and my companion sleep on the floor in sleeping bags that they are able to borrow from some of there members, but before that we played some board games and ate a little more(the other elders did, i was digesting three plates of Mongolian food and having fun doing so. although there hottest sauce is aptly named. "Khan's Revenge" it's a fiery sauce that is NOT to be trifled with at any point of the day.)
So we woke up the next day(WEDNESDAY)at 6 and studied to around 9 and we then opened up the board game "Arkham Horror" It had premade characters to play with, it had random large monsters like cthulhu and flogoblargalarg(that one i made up but considering all the silliness included with names and stuff like that it's pretty accurate), and it had a large play time and you needed to work as a group in order to win. I liked it aaa lot. :3 we played it the night before and it was a good game, that had some interesting occurrences as we traveled through dimensions and investigated this and that. UNTIL elder Fisher called ten minutes in and told us to go get the jeep since it was 'fixed.'(not really they still need to find a new drive rod for the back tire sadly....)
We then went home, smelly, tired and not even having bought groceries or emailed yet! but nonetheless we went back to work first, putting it off for later(except for shampoo, i needed a good shower to wash the grime of all that away. but i was not happier then when i got to shower that day at 4)
AND now today we finally get to shop and email. I am making a jeapordy game for my district including basic questions and difficult questions. I'm going to the dollar tree to buy some candy as prizes for the event. :D tomorrow will be fun since i get to do fun trainings like that with my District. aaaaah. but enough of that, the week is pretty good and we have done well(considering what has happened it's not too bad.)
